Les tartines provençales

Ingredients needed

A baguette
Olive oil
Garlic
Tapenade (blend of Kalamata olives, anchovies, capers and olive oil)
Slice of vine ripe tomato
Fresh mozzarella cheese
Herbe de Provence, salt and pepper

 

 

Once finish preheat your oven at 400
and put your tartines on a sheet pan
for about 10 minutes;
if you want the bread to be more crispy leave them more.

I recommend you to prep the tartines the day before
so the baguette will get more of the flavor of Provence.


To serve on a salad with some Kalamata olives
and sprinkles with fresh chopped parsley.
